About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner in our award-winning funds management team.

This is a senior administrative role that requires strong technical skills, sound communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and a keen eye to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Word processing
  • Digital dictation
  • Drafting and amending legal documents
  • Preparing matters for Hearing
  • Answering client inquiries
  • Maintaining client files
  • Time sheet entry and client billing

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a legal secretary or legal executive assistant with solid knowledge of court processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Solid knowledge of court processes
  • Strong technical skills
  • Sound communication skills
  • The ability to use your initiative
  • A keen eye to detail

You will also need 5+ years' of experience in a similar role.
