Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our community as an ESL, Science & Math Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and fostering a student-centered environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field and have at least two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting. They should have strong classroom management skills, be able to apply 21st-century learning strategies, and have experience with differentiated instruction and interventions for diverse learners.

Apart from teaching, the educator will also engage with parents through regular updates on student progress and participate in collaborative efforts to revise syllabi and materials as needed.

Key qualifications include proficiency in IT, creating interactive presentations (PPTs), fluency in English (minimum C2), and a strong teamwork spirit. Non-native educators must have or obtain an IELTS qualification within the first year.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver inspiring lessons and promote a student-centered environment.
  • Teach up to 30 periods per week, plus 2 fixed ECA/Tutorial periods.
  • Engage with parents through regular updates on student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to revise syllabi and materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a closely related field.
  • At least two years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT.
