About this role we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide personal care support to our residents. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including residential care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Support residents' independence and participation in meaningful activities promoting dignity and choice
  • Administer medication safely in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with colleagues and management personnel
  • Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
  • Assist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are met
