Located in Albany, approximately 4.5 hours south of Perth CBD, we are seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our caring team in a rewarding aged care role.

About the Role:

  • This position is based at our 46-bed facility in Albany where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents.">
  • You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.">
  • Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.">

Shift Pattern:

Our facility operates on a mix of morning, afternoon, and night duty shifts. Shifts may vary depending on operational requirements but will be discussed during the interview process.
