Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Finance and Business Services Group at REA Group. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will work closely with leadership teams to elevate commercial acumen and financial accountability within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control financial outcomes, prioritizing to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and initiatives.
- Lead the identification and management of financial and operational risks within programs of work, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
- Oversee month-end processes, forecasts, and budget preparations for the Integration & Transformation team, collaborating closely with respective program teams.
- Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring business drivers are clearly identified and managed.
- Provide commercial guidance on business cases and conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate scenarios on key financial drivers.
- Manage stakeholders on large programs of work involving cross-functional teams from across the organization.
- Provide advice and thought leadership to ensure successful design and implementation of programs, aligning with the program strategy and broader REA strategies.
