Training and Development Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Training and Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for embracing our company values, policies, and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels effectively
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and expertise
- Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, demonstrate enthusiasm and a great attitude, and be willing to give new things a go.
