About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide expert advice, guidance, and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation plans that cater to individual client needs;
  • Providing education, training, and resources to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and treatment options;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress and outcomes;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research findings to inform professional growth and development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology (completed 5th year) & registration with AHPRA or ASORC;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieving optimal outcomes;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
