Job Description

We are seeking applicants who possess key attributes to deliver high-quality healthcare as a registered clinician.

The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence-based care, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate leadership skills in managing resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, evidence-based, and high-quality healthcare as a registered clinician.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, consult, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of ambulance and health service delivery, including the issues impacting on the healthcare system statewide.
  • Proven high-level leadership skills and experience in the management and deployment of resources in support of the delivery of pre-hospital care.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple and complex information and communication technology (ICT) systems.
  • Proven ability to rapidly solve problems, manage complex healthcare issues, and deliver pre-hospital care in a non-traditional and virtual setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to implement practices that promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity, and occupational health and safety.

  • Must hold an open Queensland 'C' Class Driver's Licence (for a manual motor car).
