The Opportunity

We are seeking Accommodation (SIL) and Community Disability Support Workers located in Traralgon & Morwell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Your work will be centered around providing support in everyday daily activities around the home, assisting with hygiene and personal care, and supporting customers with activities outside the home environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
* Providing support with hygiene and personal care
* Assisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
* Meal assistance, which may include meal preparation
