About the position

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and lead technical transformations for our clients. The individual will work closely with customer teams, providing expert guidance on cloud migration and ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.

This senior-level professional will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive cloud solutions, leveraging their expertise in DevOps processes, automation, and security methodologies.

A strong track record of driving successful cloud transformations and a deep understanding of multi-cloud infrastructure management are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cloud Transformation Lead: Provide strategic direction and oversight for client cloud migrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  2. Solutions Architect: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems, utilizing HashiCorp products and services.
  3. Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in DevOps, automation, and security to drive cloud adoption and optimize existing infrastructure.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including customers, engineers, and executives, to articulate technical strategies and solutions.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance cloud solutions and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical systems and services, with a strong focus on cloud computing.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps processes, automation, and security methodologies, as well as experience working with HashiCorp products.
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and practical security methodology.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving successful cloud transformations and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
