The role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing learning initiatives that support technology teams in driving capability and confidence. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology Learning & Development/Talent related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Education, Design, Business, or Human Resources.
  • Certification IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Additional certification(s) from talent and/or training associations.
