About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Trainer and Educator to join our team as a Training Advisor - Individual Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students, ensuring they receive personalized support and guidance.
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor training offerings and ensure they meet their individual needs.
  • Manage a case load of students, ensuring timely and effective support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • A current, clear National Police Check.
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card.
