This role is part of our collaborative team in Southport QLD, where you'll work closely with your colleagues to achieve our goals. As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing seamless branch experiences to our customers, meeting their end-to-end banking needs, and educating them on digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized service to our customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and branch management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
