Dedicated Care Leader

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will lead the care team and coordinate care in an allocated section of home.
The key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Registered Nurse, leading the care team, and coordinating care in an allocated section of home
- Advising and allocating care staff
- Recognition and escalation of deteriorating residents
- Providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Promoting a positive resident experience through a person-centered approach
- Providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to residents
- Maintaining documentation as per organisational standards
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Permanent Part-Time Enrolled Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care in a residential aged care environment.
