About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our team. As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred spiritual support to residents and their families across our sites.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred spiritual support to residents and their families
  • Foster meaningful connections and promote autonomy, dignity, and emotional wellbeing for each resident
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences or equivalent at a tertiary level
  • Clinical Pastoral Education or the equivalent reflective practice training (according to current industry standards)
  • Certified Level Two member of Spiritual Care Australia preferred: eligibility essential
  • Awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, beliefs, practices and traditions
  • Capability in leading public and informal rituals and services
  • Driver's License and a willingness to travel to various sites
