Project Workflow Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Workflow Specialist to support our project management division with the implementation of retail pharmacy solutions.

This role will be responsible for designing and implementing dispensary and retail workflows that incorporate our product portfolio, including initial workflow sketches and final installation designs used for solution implementation.

  • Work collaboratively with project management teams to manage administrative tasks required to achieve program/project objectives.
  • Support project and sales teams by designing workflow concepts incorporating our product portfolio.
  • Design final installation designs for the product implementation.
  • Present workflow concepts and adapt them based on customer feedback.
  • Display excellent communication skills while collaborating with project management teams, customers, and other project stakeholders.

Key competencies include a degree in interior design, architecture, drafting, or similar; excellent software skills in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software; and 3+ years of professional design experience with excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design, and presentation skills.

A motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving, displays exemplary customer service, has excellent design skills, and a focus on continual process improvement will thrive in this role. This position involves working with market-leading automation and robotic equipment in hospitals and pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand, delivering projects that improve healthcare delivery and quality in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, reliable, trustworthy, hands-on, and proactive personality, high levels of organization, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively and analyze customer workflows and design solutions with problem-solving skills.
