Casual Sales Assistant

Our sales team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Casual Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, achieving strong sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and providing product knowledge to drive sales and meet key performance indicators. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new collections and trends, providing expert advice to customers on our products.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
