Chief Nursing Officer

The position of a Head Nurse entails overseeing and managing a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Care for patients by assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments.
- Accurately and efficiently record patients' medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Maintain up-to-date patient charts and electronic health records (EHR) to ensure accurate information.
- Perform various medical tasks under the guidance of doctors, including blood tests and administering shots.
- Administer medication and other doctor-recommended treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain compliance with nursing regulations, standards, and policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and administrators to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.
- Current registration as a nurse with a relevant governing body.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of nurses.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accuracy in recording patient information.
- Knowledge of nursing regulations, standards, and policies to ensure compliance and quality care.
