**Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with diverse property portfolios and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, stakeholders, and other teams.

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, ensuring timely rent collections and maintenance schedules are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate and oversee capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day management of properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Manage Opex and Capex budgets, reforecasting and reporting as required.
  2. Oversee asset management, ensuring properties meet business performance objectives and sustainability commitments.
  3. Build trusting business relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  4. Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and market rent reviews.

**Requirements**:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a focus on commercial or industrial properties.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
