Commercial Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume commercial office portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and reporting capabilities to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Inputting leases and tenancy documentation into the system
- Reviewing tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing, and rent reviews
- Ensuring leases are correctly updated in the system and chasing arrears when required
- Liaising with stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administering the incentive component as required
- Participating in meetings to discuss complex lease set ups and ensuring accurate information is recorded in the system
- Completing tenant account reconciliations
- Engaged and driven individual with a passion for property
- KPI driven and motivated to hit targets
- Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
- Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
