Job Opportunity:

This is your chance to join a thriving office in the Inner West, specialising in Commercial sales, leasing & property management.

The Role

  • Manage a local portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Daily follow-up of rental arrears
  • Invoice tenants for outgoings and manage arrears
  • Maintenance issues and follow-up
  • Condition reports and routines
  • Annual rent increases and market rent reviews
  • Support from one Commercial Assistant

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Property Management (Residential or Commercial)
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and driver's license
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated self-starter
