Our organization seeks a diligent and customer-centric support specialist to provide exceptional service and resolve queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and rectify technical issues with customers (electrical and installation)
  • Handle sales inquiries and respond promptly
  • Process orders and keep clients informed about the status of their requests
  • Coordinate couriers and freight (tracking, collections, dispatches)
Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent computer skills are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (friendly and patient) are key
  • Must be comfortable instructing customers on troubleshooting and assembly procedures for their desk
  • Previous experience as a handyperson would be beneficial but not mandatory (training can be provided)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
