Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead front office staff in rostering and workforce leadership
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
  • Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations for accuracy
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for optimal guest service
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, and solutions provided
  • Act as primary point of contact during emergencies or critical situations
Requirements:
