This full-time position is based in Woodlands, WA, and involves leading the delivery of Club Services, acting as the main point of contact for residents and their families. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience by coordinating high-quality, personalised service across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the full delivery of Club Services commitments to ensure a consistently high standard of resident and family experience.
- Act as a central liaison, working closely with lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, administration, and support teams to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members to foster a welcoming and responsive environment.
- Manage enquiries and lead the resident admissions process, including conducting tours, providing follow-up communication, and supporting the final move-in and onboarding experience.
- Promote the facility's services through strong communication, engagement, and a proactive approach to customer care.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
