About the Role
  • Oversee the clinical care delivery within a 100+ bed aged care facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal care assistants, promoting excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Manager and allied health professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on resident-centered care.
  • Ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care, adhering to best practices.
  • Report directly to the Facility Manager and indirectly liaise with external healthcare providers and families, maintaining open communication.
