Job Title: Service & Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Service and Support Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agents to ensure a seamless loan settlement experience.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, a calm and professional approach to customer interactions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in home lending or a similar customer service role, and be familiar with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Live Chat interactions and managing inbound customer calls
  • Coordinating settlements processing and maintaining relationships with customers from formal loan approval through to post-settlement
  • Delivering personalized guidance to customers and accurately tracking and updating customer information and loan progress in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Actively contributing to achieving high customer satisfaction outcomes and demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist with team tasks and other operational areas as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in home lending or a similar customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm and professional approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar platforms
