Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to the end of their journey.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, board and disembark flights, and assist special needs customers
- Provide information to customers, resolve problems, and care for unaccompanied minors
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Recent face-to-face customer service experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a range of hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude
