Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Financial Leadership Director to lead finance, shared services, and IT functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team and a trusted adviser in shaping and executing strategic goals.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Lead financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and investor relationships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and robust risk management.
  • Drive IT strategy and systems integration to support digital transformation.
  • Provide leadership and development to finance, shared services, and IT teams.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to support growth and commercial initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or director-level role. Strong understanding of financial regulation, risk management, and compliance. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
