About This Role

Our Centre Director will oversee the daily operations of our Early Childhood Education and Care service, driving centre excellence and utilisation while being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and facility management.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with experience in leading and inspiring individuals and teams.

  • The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

  • A genuinely empathetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector

  • Previous Experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding level

  • A strong ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educators

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
