Senior Clinical Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive nursing professional to lead our clinical team as a Senior Clinical Lead in Residential Aged Care and Acute.
About the Role:
- To succeed in this position, you will have a strong track record in clinical leadership, advanced life support and triage skills, and experience in shift coordination, delegation, and supervision of others.
- You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective clinical leadership and strategic direction for the team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve seamless patient care pathways.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Competent with Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) Standards.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in nursing management and leadership.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and confront issues within appropriate timeframes.
