">Job Title: EAL Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced EAL trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment services for Certificate I in English as an Additional Language (EAL) (Access) or Certificate II in English as an Additional Language (EAL) (Employment).

Key Responsibilities:">">
  • Training Delivery: Prepare and deliver EAL training sessions, assessments, and evaluations in line with AQTF Essential Standards & Conditions for Continuing Registration.
  • Course Development: Develop learning materials, assessment tools, and course timetables according to RTO policies and procedures.
  • Student Support: Monitor student progress, mentor students during courses, and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Business Processes: Communicate with administration officers to develop training plans and ensure smooth operation of the training process.

  • Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification, preferably with experience in delivering EAL training.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in using digital technologies.
