Seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to fill a part-time role at our organisation.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage our medical reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Coordinate scheduling, answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical reception and possess a Working With Children Check. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.

This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week. If you are a vibrant and organised person with excellent time management skills, we encourage you to apply.
