Medical Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical receptionist to join our practice. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.

As the face and voice of the business, you will be the first point of contact for patients, booking appointments, managing billings, and performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • At least 2 years' experience in medical reception (mandatory reference check).
  • Ability to Think on Your Feet
  • Excellent Multi-Tasking Capabilities
  • Flawless Time Management
  • A proactive individual who can take ownership and demonstrate initiative.

This is a part-time position, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and attention to detail.
