Servicing the Northern NSW Region

We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Professional to lead milestone projects in the Hawkesbury River and Orange areas, delivering value across the region.

This position offers diverse work opportunities, including:

  • Leading geotechnical projects with possibilities for national and international delivery.
  • Developing practical solutions through data interpretation.
  • Conducting geotechnical analyses in slope stability, remediation, foundation treatments, ground retention, and pavement thickness design.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports and proposals.
  • Collaborating with clients throughout project phases, handling business development tasks.
  • Providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology, with post-graduate study advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in geotechnical consulting and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in investigation, interpretation, design, and delivery of geotechnical solutions.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, prioritizing tasks and managing projects independently.
  • Excellent client collaboration, project management, and analytical skills using standard industry methods.
