Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of analytics professionals to deliver measurement capabilities across marketing.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives to increase performance capability.
  • Drive the use of sophisticated tools and methods to provide data-driven measurement solutions.
  • Maintain data assets and visualisation to ensure consistent automated measurement.
  • Lead technical and data capability across marketing with a focus on 1 to 1 measurement.
  • Cook teams on the use of performance data across Marketing squads.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has extensive experience in marketing and analytics in Financial Services or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and development skills.
  • Expertise in SQL/Python programming languages as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI.
  • Demonstrated data analytic skills working with complex data assets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communications skills able to convey complex messages.
