We're seeking a skilled Project Manager Associate to support large scale, high risk, strategic projects and/or lead operational projects or small engagements.
You'll be responsible for managing project lifecycle – applying skills as project team lead and coordinator. Determine required resources for the project, identify needed resources, collaborate with stakeholders to set direction required to meet project objectives.
Manage internal/external communication to stakeholders, with input/guidance from sponsors. Lead project team by communicating what needs to happen, and hold team accountable for delivering on objectives.
Support the identification of risks/issues and develop mitigation options for decision by stakeholders, in order to maintain project momentum.
Balance trade-off of triple-constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize expected business value.
