**About this role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the design process from start to finish on D&C projects
- Support tender of D&C projects
- Assist in design coordination on construction-only projects
- Conduct Risk review of tender documents
- Identify additional design requirements to allow accurate tender pricing
- Identify value management opportunities
- Engage consultants for D&C tender input
- Produce and manage design program and design deliverables
- Chair design meetings and workshops, produce meeting minutes
- Review subcontractor design submissions and shop drawings
- Identify upcoming tender opportunities and foster existing client relationships

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree qualification in Architecture
- ARBV Registered (or similar equivalent elsewhere in Australia)
- 10+ years of experience on mid-scale complex projects $6m - 50m in the delivery phases
- Skilled in MC office, AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex
- Thorough knowledge of relevant planning and building codes, and Australian standards.
- Ability to work across several projects concurrently
- Detailed design and construction knowledge
- Risk and Value management analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respectfully provide constructive criticism, influence outcomes, and handle pressure situations
- Effective time-management skills
- Relationship-driven and outcome focused
