Project Director Role

 

The role of Project Director plays a pivotal part in our team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects that align with our systems-thinking approach. This position requires a unique blend of leadership skills, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and strategic thinking.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective budget management.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Support the strategic team in organizing workshops and co-design sessions, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with external suppliers, manage contractor relationships, and ensure quality delivery standards.

• Systems & Process Enhancement: Maintain structured project templates, frameworks, and quality standards, supporting the development of proprietary tools and frameworks.

• Communications & Reporting: Prepare executive-level project updates, create presentation materials, and support business development through case study development.

 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in brand strategy, organizational change, or consulting environments.

• Complex stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating projects involving senior executives, multiple departments, and external partners.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic vision into practical implementation for diverse audiences.

• Process optimization focus, with the ability to improve complex workflows and make them smoother and more effective.
