This role oversees the overall management of construction projects resulting in successful project completion. The position involves a range of responsibilities including budgeting, subcontractor negotiation, and ensuring timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency. They should be organized, communicative, and able to draft and use computer systems effectively.
They will also need to possess a thorough understanding of project management control systems, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in field construction management, including supervisory skills, is required for this role.
Additionally, the candidate must hold an engineering, construction management, or architectural degree or equivalent experience.
