About the Role: As a lead learner, you will need to have strong relational capabilities to develop positive relationships between students, staff, and the wider school community.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will require well-developed strategic thinking and analytical skills to contribute to our school's improvement agenda.

Key Responsibilities: Your key tasks will include intentionally collaborating with stakeholders, actively participating in the PBL committee, supporting teacher capacity in trauma-informed practices, and developing individual behaviour support plans.

  • You will work closely with classroom teams to implement comprehensive intervention support plans and decrease the severity and rate of major behaviour incidents.
  • You will also support transition processes for new students and share ideas to grow staff capacity in implementing evidence-based strategies.
  • In addition, you will increase student social and emotional wellbeing by using research-based programs appropriate to their needs.
