Job Title

We are seeking a litigation specialist with 2-3 years of experience to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cross-border litigation, intellectual property disputes, and telecommunications disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Major telecommunications disputes
  • Intellectual Property disputes
  • Long term relationships with clients
  • Ownership of client strategy, including drafting pleadings and meeting with clients
  • Work includes copyright and trade mark infringement, counterfeit goods, customs seizures, execution of Anton Piller orders
  • Telecommunications disputes including anti-competitive conduct cases; test cases on commission payments and payment systems; cross-border defamation
Requirements

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
