About the Role:


Lindsay Australia Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join their team in a key leadership role. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 and driving growth and development within the branch.


About You:


To succeed in this role, we anticipate that you will have:



  • A proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in the rural sector.
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic leadership style.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical and/or sales expertise.
  • High-level reasoning, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • A professional presentation with a friendly and helpful manner, able to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
  • The ability to manage your own time, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for your output and quality of work.
  • A current and valid Driver's license, with a Forklift license highly regarded.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Lindsay Australia Ltd is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and direction to the branch team.
  2. Motivate employees and set appropriate individual and team performance goals.
  3. Conduct performance appraisals.
  4. Foster a positive work environment.
  5. Maximize efficiency and sales of the branch with a focus on maintaining margin on products.
  6. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers.
  7. Work closely with sales teams to generate new opportunities in the district.
  8. Participate in trade shows and conventions.
  9. Regularly review and control production costs, operational expenses, and overheads.
  10. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately for the branch.
  11. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
