Residential Estate Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team to maintain high-end residential estate common areas.

About the Role

You will be based full-time from a site in Birchgrove, Inner West.

The residential estate comprises 10 lots, recreational facilities, plant equipment, gardens, a wharf, and marina. You will manage all common areas and report directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular inspections of common areas, facilities, plant, and equipment to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Write comprehensive reports detailing activities undertaken, which will inform future projects and budgeting.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers through contract monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Address emergencies promptly and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Attend scheduled committee meetings to contribute insights and recommendations on works and projects.
Requirements
