Position Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 180 high-end residential and commercial properties in the Sydney CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong customer service skills and a proven track record in property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of luxury properties using Property Tree
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure prompt and efficient communication
  • Conduct regular property inspections, complete inspection reports, and negotiate rent increases as needed
  • Chase up and manage rent arrears, prepare and sign new leases and renewal leases, and handle repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Terminate leases and initiate eviction/NCAT proceedings when necessary
  • Address owner queries promptly and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Current Real estate License Class 2 or above
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Great customer service skills
