The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, with experience in shaping strategies and roadmaps. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to produce high-quality written documentation. Additionally, they will have experience working at a senior level in complex organizations and have knowledge of emerging technologies and digital solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise architecture for Stores Operations, encompassing business, information, application, and technology domains. They will also collaborate with business leaders to align technology strategies with business goals and create technology roadmaps with Solution Managers.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide architectural guidance to Solution, Data, and Technical architects for projects and initiatives. You will also define and enforce technology standards, best practices, and architectural principles. Furthermore, you will review IT programs/projects for compliance and integration with existing architectures.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring security and compliance. They will also collaborate with Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Platform, and Risk/Portfolio teams to manage and track risks.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. They will also have at least 10 years of experience working as an Enterprise Architect or similar capacity, with 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT architecture or related roles gained within Retail, Venues, and preferably large, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
