Customer Liaison Officer Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Officer to support our business objectives through efficient service delivery and customer management of our fruit packing and macadamia dehusking facilities.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in customer service, tourism or a relevant industry, as well as proven experience in customer engagement roles.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality and maintaining stakeholder relationships that sustain and enhance business opportunities and reputation, effectively communicating and positively engaging with customers, staff, team leaders, suppliers, and presenting monthly reporting on key performance indicators to the Manager.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate tasks in a fast-paced work environment, create community links to promote brand and business opportunities, and demonstrate a sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation and food safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Customer Service, Tourism or relevant industry
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement roles
  • Proven ability in ensuring high-level customer service
  • Ability to lead and work effectively as a team member to achieve business requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation and food safety requirements
