Australian Institute of Business is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the Lecturer Level B Operations Management/Logistics and Supply Chain Management position. This role is part of our academic team, offering opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Associate Dean and involves:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality learning materials, assessments, and solutions to provide an exceptional student experience;
  • Engaging proactively with students through webinars and the learning management system;
  • Offering academic support to students;
  • Documenting face-to-face and telephone student interactions and updating the student records accordingly;
  • Marking and moderating assessments, as well as overseeing marking by OLFs;
  • Evaluating exemption/credit transfer requests;
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise internally and/or externally at conferences as required;
  • Participating in the development of student support initiatives;
  • Contributing to AIB's Academic Scholarship Program.

About You

Candidates must possess full rights to work in Australia and relevant qualifications and experience in Operations Management/Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
