About the Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about liquor and has experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments. As a senior retail professional, you will display your flair for creating eye-catching stock setups, energize your team, and foster a friendly atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve store goals and boost sales
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and create genuine connections that ensure every customer leaves with a smile
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services and provide expert advice to customers

  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments
  • Social and enjoy chatting with people
  • Great at administrative tasks and leading a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one)
