Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Integration

As a key member of our team, you will lead complex integration projects across various systems to drive efficiency and support digital transformation.

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager, Integration will oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations. You will partner with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet our strategic vision.

This is a two-year fixed-term role, requiring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of system integrations, ensuring data consistency and process automation across platforms.
  • Coordinate with solution architects, integration developers, and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, particularly involving enterprise system integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the education sector with understanding of academic and administrative systems, data flows, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, batch jobs, and web services.
  • Knowledge of integrating HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management platforms.
