As a seasoned educator, we are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Leader to drive excellence in our childcare centre.

About the Role
  • Leverage your expertise to mentor and lead a team of educators, fostering strong relationships and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet regulatory requirements and support the unique needs of each child.
  • Ensure accurate and accessible documentation for families, while maintaining a secure and stimulating learning environment.
  • Maintain open communication channels with all team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety standards at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
About You
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • Possess a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Nurture meaningful connections with children and families through interactive curriculum and documentation.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
